Supported files

RasterLift is optimized for PDF bank and credit card statements.

Maximum file size: 20MB per PDF.

For best results, use statements with readable transaction tables.

Do not upload files you are not authorized to process.

Processing and privacy

How long does OCR take?

Most statements finish within a few minutes. Larger files, scanned pages, and temporary provider congestion can take longer. Keep the Dashboard open or return later to check status.

Can I correct recognition errors?

Yes. Open Review, edit the extracted transaction fields, resolve flagged rows, and save before exporting. The original PDF always remains read-only.

What happens to quota when processing fails?

RasterLift reserves quota while a document is processing. A failed job releases the unused reservation; successfully processed pages count toward usage.

How long is the original file stored?

Active original PDFs receive a 24-hour retention deadline and are automatically deleted after that window. Exported transaction data remains available according to the product policy.

What your export contains

Excel workbooks separate high-level checks, transaction data, and review work. CSV provides the transaction table only.

S

T

Transactions

The complete editable transaction table with dates, descriptions, money in, money out, and balances.

R

Review Flags

Rows that need attention, including the reason they were flagged and their resolution status.

C

CSV

A lightweight transaction export for spreadsheets, imports, and downstream workflows.

Common errors

Unsupported file type

RasterLift accepts PDF bank statements and credit card statements. Re-export or scan your document as PDF and try again.

OCR failed

Upload the statement again. If the same file keeps failing, contact support with the document name only.

Page limit reached

Open Billing to upgrade your plan or wait until the next quota window.

Export has no rows

Open Review and confirm transactions were extracted before exporting.

Billing questions

How many pages are included?

Free includes 5 lifetime OCR pages. Pro includes 100, 250, or 500 pages per month. Business includes 1000, 2500, or 5000 pages per month.

Where do I manage my subscription?

Open Billing and use Manage Subscription to access the secure billing portal.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Use the secure billing portal to cancel at the end of the current period. Your paid access remains available until that date.

How do refunds work?

Refund eligibility depends on the purchase and usage history. Contact support with your account email and order details; do not send bank statements or card numbers.
