Summary
Enter statement details and balances. Formulas calculate money in, money out, net movement, row counts, open review rows, a balance check, and average confidence.

Organize reviewed statement data in a blank workbook with a formula-driven summary, transaction table, and a separate log for fields that need attention.
Workbook structure
A single flat transaction table is easy to move between systems, but it does not preserve the review trail. This workbook keeps the totals, rows, and unresolved questions separate so another person can understand what was checked.
Enter statement details and balances. Formulas calculate money in, money out, net movement, row counts, open review rows, a balance check, and average confidence.
Use one row per transaction with date, description, money out, money in, balance, source page, confidence, and review status.
Record the affected row, issue, expected and extracted values, source page, severity, and whether the issue has been resolved.
Transaction columns
Enter amounts as numbers, not currency-formatted text. Leave Money Out or Money In blank when it does not apply, and compare uncertain values with the original read-only statement.
Suggested workflow
Save an authorized working copy while keeping the original statement unchanged.
Enter the statement label, period, opening balance, and closing balance on Summary.
Copy one reviewed transaction per row and record the page used for verification.
Log unreadable, missing, duplicated, or corrected fields on Review Flags.
Investigate any balance-check difference instead of forcing totals to match.
